THE QUEEN EDITH PATIENT GROUP

THE QUEEN EDITH
PATIENT GROUP
WELCOMES YOU
What is the Patient Group?
The Queen Edith Medical Practice has an active Patient Participation Group (PPG) known as the Queen Edith Patient Group, which complements the work of the Practice.

Any registered patient of the Practice can be a Member of the Patients Group. Our aim is to have 30 full and active members and a wider circle of interested parties. Further details are in the Constitution. If you would like to contribute, please let us know.
Our aim to have representatives from all sections of the local community and act to foster constructive general suggestions and proposals, designed to benefit the primary care services provided by the Practice.

If you would like to make a contribution or if you think we could do things better and can spare a modest amount of time, we would be delighted to hear from you.
The Patient Group is not for individual issues or for personal medical questions.
